Propuesta metodológica para el diagnóstico y atención integral de la inseguridad, en la colonia Petaquillas de Acapulco, Guerrero -México.

Abstract

Sustainable Development is approached from its social perspective, discussing its relationship with insecurity as a complex sociocultural phenomenon that affects the quality of life of the population, the development capacity of individuals and their fundamental basic rights. This problem is linked to social, economic, cultural and historical processes. environmental and urban development of the territory in which it is established. Hence, its behavior, characteristics and ways of approaching must be in accordance with its territorialization processes, the population, the existing social capital and the actors involved in the territory under study. In Mexico, insecurity has been placed as one of the main points on the public agenda, it is an easily identifiable problem in the State of Guerrero and in Acapulco specifically it is possible to relate it to characteristics of the city, the influence of linked drug trafficking activities with the sociocultural and economic processes results of tourism. This is how you land in Colonia Petaquillas, the territory that is the object of this Project where insecurity and violence have been established for almost two decades. Based on the work developed, a proposal is presented to address insecurity in the Petaquillas de Acapulco neighborhood, Guerrero - Mexico, built from the approach to the territory, taking into account the perception of the community, the existing social capital, the characteristics of the colony, its social, economic and environmental context. This Will be paid to the Project for the Comprehensive Management Plan of the Cultural Heritage of the State of Guerrero, which proposes to consider the cultural heritage of Guerrero to the area where the study neighborhood is located.
